Cookie Policy
This page explains what cookies are, which ones our website uses, and how you may manage your preferences. We have kept the language as plain as we can.

What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They serve a variety of purposes: some are needed for the site to function at all; others help the site remember your preferences; others collect information about how visitors use the site so that the operator can make improvements.
Cookies do not contain executable code and cannot access other files on your device. They are widely used across the internet and are regulated in Thailand under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
Cookie Types We Use
We use the following categories of cookies on this website:
- Essential cookies: These are required for the website to operate. They manage session continuity and security. They cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies: These collect anonymised data on how visitors navigate the site — which pages are visited, how long is spent on each, and where visitors come from. This helps us understand what is working well and what could be clearer.
- Marketing cookies: These may be used to understand how enquiries reach us and, where applicable, to avoid showing the same promotional content repeatedly.
- Preference cookies: These remember choices you have made — such as your cookie consent decision — so you are not asked again on your next visit.
Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on this site are placed by third-party services we use. These may include:
- Google Analytics: Used to collect anonymised usage data. Google may process this data on servers outside Thailand. For details, see Google's own privacy documentation.
- Google Maps: A maps embed on our contact page may place cookies related to its functionality.
We do not control the cookies placed by these third parties. If you wish to opt out of their data collection, you should consult their respective privacy policies and opt-out mechanisms.
Cookie Duration
- Session cookies: Deleted automatically when you close your browser. Used for essential site operations.
- Persistent cookies: Remain on your device until their expiry date or until you delete them manually. Our preference and consent cookies typically expire after 12 months. Analytics cookies may persist for up to 24 months depending on the service provider.
